Where We AreNOW

We’re in the early planning stages of BLVDNEXT, a thoughtful, multi-year transformation. While demolition is underway, the broader vision continues to take shape through ongoing community collaboration. Engineering and design firm Kimley-Horn developed our initial concept plan – now approved by the Atlanta City Council – after extensive listening sessions with Old Fourth Ward residents. These conversations continue to guide our planning process.

Our TIMELINE

Site development began in February 2025, led by Ferma Corporation alongside local firms Trinity Green and Atlanta Demolition, and is expected to conclude by late 2025. Each phase moving forward will include continued community input and regular updates.
